CENSAT AGUA VIVA
Censat Agua Viva is an environmental organization that promotes environmental justice, respect for diversity, and care for life. It works to defend territories alongside communities and organizations, and in spaces of coordination of which we are a part. It seeks to position itself in the public sphere as a proactive organization in the face of the environmental crisis and to establish itself as a reference point in the conceptualization and collective construction of environmental transitions, autonomies, and alternatives to development.
Its current thematic approach is divided into four main areas: Water and Agroecology, Mining Conflicts, Energy and Climate Justice, and Forests and Biodiversity. It carries out various communication and advocacy actions at the national and international levels and is part of Friends of The Earth International.
